Diving Liveaboard Cruises in Tubbataha Reef, Palawan, Philippines

     Tubbataha reef off Palawan in the Philippines is one of the best remote dive site in the world, with walls coming up from some 3,000 meters to the surface. The Tubbataha reef has been classified "World Heritage" by UNESCO and is truly among the best diving sites in the entire world.
     The clarity of the water and the extremely rich marine life is second to none, and with the years, Tubbataha reef became a diver's logbook must. Access to the reef is from Puerto Princesa in Palawan and divers will be picked up at the airport from their Manila domestic flight. They will be then transferred to either vessels M.V Oceanic Explorer or M.V Stella Maris, one of the leading liveaboard cruise vessel in the Palawan region.
     Additionnally, starting in 2007, two more vessels join the fleet for these amazing cruises: M.V Apo Reef Explorer and M.V. Borneo Explorer.

     The vessels are over30 meters and catering for a maximum of  20 passengers plus crew. The passengers are accommodated in twin or double cabins with all comfort. All facilities are air conditioned with private head and hot showers. They are cruising and diving the Tubbataha reef from March until late June every year, which is the best season to dive this remote area so rich in pelagic life and stunning colorful soft coral colonies.
